If you are looking for a great vacation getaway, please check out our featured 2600 sq ft lake side vacation rental home with two units. Can be booked as a 5 bedroom 5 bathroom property or just one half Blue can be booked. It's fully furnished, relaxing surrounding, fancy down bedding, woodstove and views of the lake from every window. Sleeps up to 15.

If you have a smaller group 4-5 people - the rate has just been lowered to only $200 a night for this great house.

Side A (Aqua) is a 2 bedroom 1 1/2 bath two story (A). The lake views and sunsets are unobstructed.

	Wireless DSL is available throughout both sides of the house.
	In the summer, there are landscaped gardens, a screened tent, picnic table and an outdoor BBQ in the summer. There is a canoe, oars, floating cushions here on site. Fishing permits can be obtained from PLPOA to fish right on the lake that the home sits on.
	In the winter, neighbors often keep the lake cleared for small ice skating rinks. You get hot pink sunsets across the lake and snowy mountains. There is a wood stove and lots of down to wrap yourself in.
	Centrally located in the Fairfield Pagosa Lakes neighborhood near the golf course, just off Piedra road.

Side B (Blue) of the house has the same outdoor benefits, but it is 3 bedroom and 2 1/2 bath. (click to see movie)

This lovely home was completely remodeled (>$70,000) both inside and outside summer 2005 and features lovely views from every room. The sunsets are on the opposite side of the lake, so what you see as the sun goes down is pink skies reflected on the lake. You can just kick back and watch the crazy guys ice fishing in the winter, and the geese floating around the lake in summer.
